[Leo](QKJJMM3D) loved sunny days when he could run outside and play, but whenever it rained, he hid under his bed, feeling a little scared of the gloomy sky and the loud raindrops.
One stormy evening, [Leo](QKJJMM3D)’s grandmother, [Nana May](9WGKSMZM), settled beside him and said, '[Leo](QKJJMM3D), the rain isn’t scary. It’s just the sky’s way of watering the earth!'
[Nana May](9WGKSMZM) told him a story about [Mr. Raindrop](S2SDFM49), a cheerful drop of water who loved to explore the world from the clouds above.
'Did you know,' Nana said, 'that every raindrop takes a great leap from the clouds to help the flowers bloom and fill rivers with fresh water?'
[Leo](QKJJMM3D) imagined he was a little raindrop, leaping bravely from the tall clouds to the green grass below. 'That sounds magical!' he murmured.
The next day, as the rain continued to fall, [Leo](QKJJMM3D) looked out of the window and saw birds splashing in puddles and worms wriggling happily in the wet soil.
He took a deep breath and decided to step outside with his yellow rain boots and his trusty red umbrella.
'How fun!' he giggled, as his boots splashed in puddles and the umbrella twirled above him. The rain didn’t seem so scary now.
Later, [Nana May](9WGKSMZM) brought him a warm towel and said, 'See, [Leo](QKJJMM3D)? The rain can be an adventure too.'
That night, [Leo](QKJJMM3D) snuggled into bed. He wasn’t scared of the rain anymore; he now saw it as a friend bringing life and magic to the world.
